To gain assistance with our travel arrangements, my family and I went to the Cathay Pacific Tokyo Office. We were quite pleased with the staff's treatment of us. They took their time explaining everything to us and were really courteous. They gave us a thorough explanation of the baggage regulations, which cleared up any uncertainty we had. We received prompt service in a very orderly and peaceful office. Everyone was kind and courteous. We were optimistic about our excursion as we left the office. We had a great experience and will return if we need any assistance.
